We are offering to perform a 78 point system inspection including duct work and a whole house carbon monoxide check. The inspection is designed to ensure that all aspects of your heating and cooling systems are operating safely and at their maximum efficiency.

Not only will we keep your heating and cooling system in top shape, at no additional cost we will add up to 2 lbs of Freon per year, if required, at the time of the inspection and give you a $50.00 credit towards the purchase of a new system with Lee’s for each year that you maintain your Service Agreement. In addition you become a contract customer which entitles you to savings of 10% on parts, no overtime charges and priority service over non-contract customers.
